what do you think of spanish?

hi, i'm french and i learned two languages, spanish and english, and i was wondering what do you think of spanish and english. please do not tell me which one is more useful or better just what you think of it (too ugly, too pretty etc..)




(only for no native english or spanish speakers, which one do you like the most)

A nice language; loved it when learned properly.
The way latinamericans and Mexican-Americans butcher it has really made me hate it.

I'm Russian and I like Spanish a lot more, it's actually less confusing then English to me. English has a LOT more little rules that most native speakers don't even know of, where as Spanish has these rules too, there's not nearly as many. The sentence structure in Spanish also makes the most sense to me.

I"ve been speaking english from birth, but have studied spanish and french. I think spanish is by far the easier language to learn, and french was HARD. I teach reading and I have to say that if I was trying to learn english, I would have a really hard time. It seems english would be one of the most difficult languages to learn, especially reading and spelling. I admire those coming to our country and picking up the language....

I live in Montreal, Quebec and thus I know french and english very well. However, i took spanish for 4 years now. Overall, i will admit, i prefer english since i am used to it. However, i do like spanish. It's different from english but kind of similar to french in terms of certain words, grammar etc. To answer your question, spanish, i find is prettier in the sense that it is somewhat exotic and kinda dreamy especially when guys speak spanish **sigh** lol .

Two of the best and most useful languages in the world. English is perhaps the best in the world for business, commerce and trade. While spanish is very good to talk and sing about God and religion, and a hit to talk and sing about love to the ladies who speak other languages, along with french and italian.

well i learned English as a 2nd language and i am learning Spanish at the present.
i honestly believe that English is easier but i think that Spanish is nicer and sexier :)
I'd give anything to be fluent in Spanish

SPANISH IS OF CROUSE THE GREATEST IN THE WORLD!!!
it is the most beautiful in the WORLD.... i m majoring in it and want to teach it.
i also am minoring in teaching english as a second lagnague, so im a total linguist!!!
um...well, thy are both useful here in los angeles, where i live...
but spanish is the MOST BEAUTIFUL EVER.

im happy that im fluent in it.

Spanish is one of the most Common & easy languages to learn and speak. And if spoken CORRECTLY, without alot of Slang & Spanglish thrown in, it's one prettiest of them all (ESPECIALLY- in Song). :)
