Do what you want, but if people find out he will get fired. Plus if he actually did anything with you, regardless of his age then he wouldn't be a very good lecturer since its completely against the rules and destroys the whole teacher-student relationship. I don't think its too bad to just touch him but I'd wait until after you graduated to move onto anything else if he really does like you.

no try it the old way i dont know if hes a permanent teacher,or how old you are,but you can always pretend to be stuck on a question and ask his advice just as everyone is leaving class,and after he advises you ask him something like were he goes for fun and wherever he says tell him you go there and might see him.

Please remember that he could easily get fired for professional misconduct if he responds to you. It's inappropriate for a prof to touch a student in this situation. If he wasn't a prof, then you could go get a room right now and have hot fun.
If he gets fired for this, that would be a terrible mark on his work history which could stop him working anywhere, so the stakes are very high. Please be careful! :)

That would be inappropriate! Even if he's not much older than you, it's most likely against school policy for professors to get involved with students..... Also, you wouldn't want to face the embarrassment if you hit on him and he's not interested.

Not only too forward but too foolish and will spoil his career and reputation. Abstain from doing it. If you both are serious involve parents and get married. He has social responsibilities also as he has public life.
