That is not spanish, but I think the right spelling is:
Fíjate que no te ves tan mal....
You know, you don't look that bad, or something like that
the rest... I have no idea

I tried to find "manaro" on Google
and all I could find was the Italian expression
"lupo mannàro" = a werewolf.
So I wonder what the word means in Spanish.

Not Spanish, probably a dialect. Where did you hear this? Check out the Dictionary of Spanish slang.
