Citizens with health problems that can't buy individual policies but can be covered at work or at spouses job.
My nephew got married early to get his wife covered, without insurance at work she couldn't have gotten insurance.
My uncle had a sick child so had to give up owning a small business and take a job with insurance.
Unless we can all get coverage at group rates there will be people depending on the coverage from the job.
I have good health but bad stats so can't buy insurance so I can't retire until COBRA last until Medicare.

If you are asking for votes only, I vote yes. I have a whole lot more to say about the situation, but I believe employers should provide insurance to employees.
