...that a religion can be made-up? For example, a Christian has to admit that Islam is a fallacy, Allah may be equal to the Christian God, but the Koran is not equal to the Bible, and so aren't they admitting that a religion can be a fallacy? Then what would make someone's religion stand above others as flawless and the true religion?

I mean the belief system, for example, a Jew can't believe the Bhagavad Gita is the real deal, and would have to admit that the Bhagavad Gita is a fallacy, in this case.

So what's stopping the Jew's (in the above example) religion from also being a fallacy?

Allah and the Christian God are the same God, the god of Abraham. Also, much of the Koran is the same as the bible. I, as a Christian, believe that the Muslims should convert and come to Jesus. On the other hand I don't believe in "convert by the sword" as some have and do in certain religions

No. I believe my religion is right but I am able to admit that I may quite possibly be wrong. I'm not beyond admitting that I'm human. Also, I believe almost all religion has some measure of truth to it. What others call Allah, I call God. It's still the same being in my opinion.

No, not if you accept the premise that all religions are human attempts to approach a Divinity that is far too big to fit inside any given faith. All religions are "made up", and at the same time, all are inspired by different aspects of the Divine. With that in mind, I can say that all religions are correct to their adherents, even if only one religion is suitable for me personally.

Many religions have the same basic ideology and goals. The fact that there are differences in details makes them different form one another. Thus, to believe in one religion, you have to accept and believe its doctrines, but not necessarily consider ALL other religions 100% wrong.

Belief, my friend. It is simply belief. If I believe that my religion is the one, the only true path, then it IS the only true path that exists in my reality. That's why there's no real way to prove or disprove someone else's religion. Their belief is REAL to them, and it would be like me arguing with you over the reality of the chair you're sitting in. For the religions, their God is as real as the chair - no way to argue, because it just IS.

your examples are not neccessarily correct. All those religions have the same God, the main difference is the existence of Jesus. Usually, the main conflict is whether your system is wrong or right, not whether its real or made up

There are religions that believe other religions are just as viable and legitimate. I have noticed that monotheistic religions are VERY rigid in the belief that their religion is the ONLY correct one.
In my religion we believe there are other pantheons and paths and none are better or less than ours. We also believe that not everyone is meant for our path, therefore we don't think others are "lost" if they don't follow our religion and don't attempt to convert.

Your logic is flawed. It's a western idea that only one religion can exist or be right. You can take a syncratic approach and practice all the good from all the religions you choose.

Yes and this tends to lead to conflict. The Middle is an exhibit A to this problem. The Jewish people feel their myth is superior to Islam and feel that a certain piece of land is theirs according to a book that they wrote.

Religions with only one almighty god can not stand other religions. The followers are taught all other gods and religions are false.
