how do we get rid of evil spirts in my room? or how do we talk to the nice one ? thanks:)

There is no easy answer to this question. First of all, stay away from Ouija boards. It is like playing Russian roulette with the spirit world. You have a greater chance of drawing harmful spirits than helpful ones.
The only safe way to properly call spirits is with the aid of a REAL psychic or a willing Pagan/Wiccan priest and/or priestess.
There are also books on the subject in metaphysical bookstores to help you draw a circle of protection, banish evil spirits as well as cleansing rooms and homes.
If you seek someone of proper magical training, your best bet is going to be someone from any of the Traditional paths or who is a hereditary Witch, rather than someone who is a solitary or, worst of all, a dabbler in majic.

The ideal time to call spirits, however is on Samhian (pronounced "Sawain"), which is normally held around the time that most know as Halloween.
However, as stated before, you really should only do this if it is really necessary and only with the assistance of someone trained in the majical arts.

I would first get my house blessed, before anything else.
If everything is fine after that, then all is well.
The good ones are probably there to warn or help protect. Maybe it's your gaurdian angel or ancestor that is the good one, or not.

Find out the history of the house, then maybe you might get an idea of what could be causing this, if not. If you have lived there a while and the activity just started, it could be anything.
Some of the reasons I know could be:
your neigbors
friends that play with magic
A spell
something you own
house history
Just to name a few.

If the priest doesn't help, get someone who knows how to space clear your home. Don't just get anybody. Get someone who knows what their doing. Hopefully, you know a good priest. Smudge sticks help clear the atmosphere, but it sounds like you have a more serious problem. Don't do this by yourself, if you don't know what your doing.

Do romantic blind dates work? Why should spiritual encounters be different? There are rules for the discernment of spirits, you look for the fruits, if a thought is good it will bring you peace, clarity and joy, anything else is a fraud.

Get out of spiritism as quickly as you can. If you are in trouble, go to any church where a little red lamp shines in the shrine and stay there silently for an hour. No one will ask you questions then and you don't have to answer any when you leave.

The nice ones you can just talk to, but the evil ones you have to have help with. Say a little prayer (you don't have to be a "church-goer" for it to work) and ask for an angel to come protect you from all evil influences. Say it in the name of Jesus Christ and do it out loud. Most spirits are not "evil", they just don't realize they are frightening you. If you get scared, just tell them, and they will back off or just do little funny things to get your attention. That's what they really want.

The best way I know to contact spirits is via shamanic journey. In the spirit world, one is then able to seek and negotiate with them. Search a wiki for shamanism and go from there. I like Michael Harner's book "The Way of the Shaman".
