Totally untrue. This is what is called an "urban legend" and will be debunked on www.snopes.com if it spreads across the internet.
When bulls are castrated, they are cooked by some and are commonly called "mountain oysters"
Bone marrow, usually from beef that is slaughtered for steaks etc. is commonly eaten, after being cooked. It can be eaten right out of the bone or used as a spread on bread.

Its probably a dumb rumor. They put sugar and a load of caffine in energy drinks like Munstur and Red Bull.

No, they do not.

The load it up with surgar and dangerous amounts of caffeene.

The products you refer to are actually more expensive than sugar and caffeene and would fetch a higher price for things like dog food - they don't make it "beef flavored" by adding steak!

Just get a good cup of strong coffee and use it to wash down about 3 large Hershey bars and that will do it.
