Making copies of photos?

Has anyone had pictures taken at JC Penny and tries to make copies of them. Were you able to?

This is illegal.

The photographer or photo-studio owns the copyright to any images they take. You purchase prints from them, but not the copyright.

Copying images for which you don't own the copyright is stealing, and no reputable copy center or photo-lab will help you with this.
