Ha, you could probably get a spiritual restraining order by saying certain mantras or prayers or whatever you prefer that coincides with your beliefs.

Or you could get put on meds. They have done wonders for me.

Yes, you can. And most lawyers would be very happy to charge you $200 an hour to explain how to do it. However, when sadness ignores the order and returns to haunt you, it may be "difficult" to enforce the restraining order. Sadness does not fear prison time, nor other common punishments.

Ah, yes. That strange human condition.
Hum a tune to help uplift your spirits. Sometimes it helps. Even if it might be emo. The restraining order has been revoked on that condition long long ago. Sorry about that.

Then get around people and things that make you happy. It doesn't last forever...I think it is Gods way of helping you appreciate life when it is going well. We learn from life and try our best to deal with the bad. Don't give up....it won't last long if you don't want it to. Good Luck!!

Well if our courts allow us to sue God, then you can probably get a restraining order against sadness.
But...You have to remember it's only a piece of paper and if it choses to come'a knockin....you still have no protection
Hope you feel better

I don't think so but.....While we are at it, I would like illness to leave me the heck alone. If you find a way to get that restraining oder to work, let me know.

I think asking the question is a step in the right direction...I for one would sign a petition making harmful emotions illegal. Who's with me?
