Well It Really Depends On The State Because In Florida A Person 16 years of age Is Allowed 2 Sexually Consent With Anyone From 16-23 Years of Age. Once u Hit 24 Then Its Something 2 Worry About

16 (according to the law) is definitely off limits. My girl and I have about the same age difference except she is now 20 and I'm 27. You are treading on thin ice and your mom does have a reason to flip out. If someone wants to wig out over this whole ordeal they could put you in jail for real. I know it doesn't seem right but that's the way it is and statutory rape is a stupid reason to get locked up I say. Tell this girl if she really likes you that you have to wait until she's at least 18. Anything early than that is just asking for it. I hope things work out for you but think about what you're getting yourself into and make a smart desicion.

I some places, youthful than 18 years of age is seen 'minor', and over 18 is 'grownup'. Minors won't commit sexual acts below regulation, and for an grownup to commit sexual acts with a minor is definately unlawful. i understand that a minimum of in the 40 8 contiguous US, 18 is the age for adulthood, i'm not one hundred% confident approximately Hawaii or Alaska, yet say case in point in New Zealand, the criminal age is sixteen. 'Robbing the cradle' can get you in vast worry, and you will categorised a pedophile and be forced to sign up as a intercourse criminal, which has some unfavorable draw backs. Seven years distinction isn't plenty if the two events are adults, although, to bridge the hollow between minor and grownup, it rather is a extensive distinction. i don't think of age changes of that quantity is 'too plenty' yet definately sidestep regulation breakin.

uhmm. seriously that means if anything ever worked out & u had kids by the time one got in college you would be 60 and she would be like 54 something. And most girls who sell themselves already at the age of 16 are trashy. i dont even know you and i think you can do alot better. Also unless she wants to have kids and be a young mother, you have to wait a while. You have better chances moving on & forgeting about her.

i dont know how it is in your town but i am 17 right now and when someone that is 16 or younger(or even 17...pretty much, if your in high school) goes out with a 21 year old people call her a whore. they spread rumors and they just make things alittle harder. if you liked this girl, you would tell her to have fun and date other guys and wait till she is atlleast 18 to date her. its only 2 years but it makes things better in the long run. (plus, if your mom doesnt like it, than you should respect your mom, atleast, and not go out with someone that young)

p.s....it does sound desperate..

You're on a pattern that can get you in a lot of trouble. My advice is to find a therapist who can advise you about your behavior. It is something that you need help with.

Sad to say,but she is too young and really is jailbait. You should probably start distancing away from her as fast as you can b/c if her parents catch wind, they could send you to jail for it!

wait until she's 18 to pursue a real relationship... if you like her then you should keep her as a friend, but don't tease her or keep her hanging on just to let her down later...

Stay away from her. Get someone of legal age.
