Well you can pretend you understand and agree with anything he says.
My heeler does that and he gets right in your face and starts to tell you things. We have actually learn what he is saying. He has a different pattern when he wants a treat, when he wants outside and so forth
Now don't get freaked out ....just listen to him
Stop and think about it you are living with an alien who speaks no English and he is living with an alien who speeks no dog. You have to learn to communicae.
When our heeler first started on his English lessons you could tell by his body language that he understood. It's like he was saying, I know that one,...I know that one....yea. He would get so excited when he added new words to his vocabulary.
I'm teaching him to read. I hold up a sign SIT and he sits, I figure I can teach him to read 5 to 10 words, SIT,DOWN, COME,STAY, HIGH5 ETC.

Unless he's threatening to tear your throat out in your sleep, don't freak. Talk back, roll with it. He may be able to tell you things you never knew. Just watch out though, my dog lies sometimes. Only if there's something in it for her though, like food. Just don't let Scruffy's incessant yapping distract you from things that may be important, like driving. :)

wait wait wait i dont get it does he talk like " hi how are you" or WOOF WOOF. if ITS WOOF WOOF dont get freaked out take him to a vet. But if its "hi how are you" you need to see a doctor.
