Well my family is fighting with my relatives on my moms side again(uncle,aunt and grandpa). This happened when I was about 5 last time and the results were horrible. My dog was shot and my grandma died from stress. This time they moved near our house without knowing. When they realized this they started to start annoying us by turning things on loudly at night,ruin my moms garden and terrifying my dog. My parents are beginning to start retaliating. Even my 4 brother and sisters are starting to fight with my cousins. I told them to ignore them but they said I was only 12. My oldest sibling is only 16 anyways. How can I stop this before everything goes wrong? Also do you think everybody should be able to help decide what to do in a family?

Have your parents call the police or sheriff if vandalism (tearing up your mother's garden) is done. Your parents should not retaliate. This could lead to violence. (I base this on your dog getting shot and your grandmother dying from stress.)
Where do you live? Is there anyone you can talk to that you trust their opinion and judgement, like a teacher or counsellor?
You need to speak to someone around you that can assess the situation and advise you accordingly.
Please, do not get in the middle of it. Try to get your dog inside at night so nothing happens to him.

Holy crap! Your family needs to get real fast!
They need to consider taking this situation to court to get a restraining order FAST. The money it will cost to do that will be well worth the stress and expense being avoided.
Your parents also need to consider putting in some PC-based surveillance cameras around the house to catch any vandalism.
Noise complaints... the easiest way I have found to shut down the noise at a neighbor's party where they have the speakers bassing so loud that it rattles the pictures on the walls in my house... I open the windows and play a CD of bagpipe music... at no more than half my stereo's volume. No kidding. The tembre of the bagpipes cuts through any modern music up to 1/2 block away. It is made to waft across the highlands. Great stuff.
If you can't get your parents to listen to these ideas, they will eventually be dealing with the law.
About all you can do as the 12 year-old is keep your head down and see if you can spend more time at the homes of your friends.

Did y'all run out of chicken and watermelon to keep the peace? Seriously, your family problems can't be solved on yahoo answers. Every body should decide what to do in a family with the father and mother making the final decision. You shouldn't be looked down on just because you're a kid. You should remind your parent and sibs that this could lead to someone physically getting hurt or worse KILLED. Family fueds aren't worth it and they should take the high road and ignore them. Tell them that only trashy ppl would respond to ignorance such as that.

every time they start acting a fool call the police hopeful they will start taking them to jail and nonsense usually stop when money get in volve
