40 year old aren't special for their appendage. They have knowledge of how to use it, and know how to please a woman in and out of bed.
If you think all older guys are humongous, does that mean all 15 year olds are tiny? Non-sequitur logic there.

As one who believes that adults have the right to date whomever they feel comfortable, I am a bit concerned about this kind of 'May-December' relationship. The main reason for my concern is you are such a young man with possibly a great future ahead of you, complete with studying and hiopefully, seeking a career that will also include meeting many ladies closer to your age and status. You will want to marry and have children of your own some day. The downfall of having a relationship with someone who is that much older can create a gap that is cery complex. You have not begun to live, and she has already lived half of her life. Your tastes are going to be so different. Your music, theater, and other interests willl be difficult to understand. Finally, what do you thinkk is going to happen if father time comes to claim her? Hopefully you have someone who is healthy and will be just as interested in you and the life that you live as you would be of her. I've been there and done that - and as much as you try to be close and relate , it can be very, very taxing and hurt the parties involved. Also, consider the fact that your friends will probably make fun of you, your parents will not want this for you because of your years and the fact that you still have much growing and understanding of women. I wish you well, but I am sure this will not turn out well - for either of you. (What is the law in your state regarding relationships?

Same as it was when he was 20. Duh. What do you think they shrink when the guy gets old? Honey I got news for you. The great thing is a 40 year old has a lot more experience and "It's not the size of the boat it's the motion of the ocean". Don't be scared off worrying about his "down there".

It doesn't shrink the older he gets. It's as big as it was when he was your age. The only thing that might be a problem is him getting it up.
