In Italy is named "liceale" any student attending the Liceo (Lyceum), an Italian secondary school (roughly corresponding to the American high-school).

Edit
In Italy we have 2 different types of liceo :
1.- Liceo scientifico is a school specializing in scientific studies,it lasts 5 years and the student for the whole period is named "liceale".
2.- Liceo Classico is a school specializing in classical studies and it's formed by 2 years of Ginnasio (gymnasium) in which the student is named "ginnasiale" and 3 years of Liceo and then the student is a "liceale".

Edit # 2 Btw -How it comes the nickname of this Q asker is the same as the one of the answerer here below (while avatar is different)??

in Italy, there isn't "High school"...there's a School Secondary First Extent and a School Secondary Second Extent.
A "liceale" is a person who go to School Secondary Second Extent...I hope you understood my words!!
