Try Kmarts. They have paint for like 7 dollars a gallon. It is the cheap kind but still really good. Also, Home depot has a mark down paint section at their store that has gallons of paint for 5 dollars each. They are the mistinted kind, I used it and it was really high quality. You just have to find the right colors.

K-mart dutch boy is a very good paint and looks great the price is not that bad. and it covers well. If you buy a paint and you pay 7 dollars for it but you have to use 4 coats to cover your walls than you have to buy twice as much and than do alot more work. So buy a good paint at a good price that covers well save money and work. Painter 20 plus years

One good lesson to learn before you even start painting is this;
Cheap paints look cheap.
-------------------------------------------------
I buy the best paint I can afford. Why? They are worth every dime They are easy to use, will cover with only one coat, dry into a velvet luxurious texture, no bumps, no bubbles, Just barely need resanding and retouch..
Labor is the most expensive part of painting. Your labor. Second most expensive is your time. Treat those with respect.
