well.. ok so my mom doesnt let me swear and she thinking its bad and all that crap , and the other day she over herd me swear

Try to NOT swear.
I find it useful to substitute similar sounding words...
frigging, forking, blanking, bleeping... you get the idea.
Be creative.
You can still express, but skirt the cusswords.
Everyone will understand exactly what you mean.

if u ever got 1 from my mom or dad u would NEVER ask this ? ever. they really hurt + sux. i still get them some x
