To be more specific, what would it mean if a lot of people were to go the Health > Dental section and ask questions about their bad teeth, while doing their best to use any phrases/words that are generally associated with the British while asking?

I guess it means you are a section worth raiding, I don't see many questions about cheese in bullfighting. As a Brit, I'd be mildly miffed about the dental thing, but I guess it's like asking questions about Americans in the diet section.
