Personally, I've no idea.
There are a number of recorded cases of women who can orgasm without any 'external' stimulation or manipulation (= be either another person / thing, or via there own hands), but by simply laying back and thinking about 'it' ~ nice thoughts and whatever else. And, what is more, they can do this a number of times in a row or ~ on successive occasions in the same 24 hour period.
Whether that is a good / positive thing, or a bad / negative thing, is only something they themselves can talk about.
I'm sure there must be both positives and negatives with this.

Hmm... Lets do the math:
24 hours in a day minus ~8 hours for sleep equals ~16 hours
16 hours equals 960 minutes
960 divided by 200 means 4.8 O/min
5.4 O/min means one orgasm every ~12 seconds.

One can release sexual pleasure hormones thousands of times per day, but the dosage of a true orgasm is too high for the body to produce over 10 per day.
So no, not possible for the orgasms we know and love.

but for some it might be possible, who knows, some people can never have an orgasm for years and years of trying, and some do very easily, it all depends on your nerves and how sensitive your skin is. . . the more nerve endings in an area, the more sensitivity, and that is all determined by genetics
