She asked a question stating that she was having a hard time in her "walk with god." I posted a response telling her that I've been through the same thing and that I came to my senses, and wished the same for her.

Do you think that she felt her faith was threatened by my extremely reasonable, freeing, atheist logic? Is that why she blocked me?

Was the question directed at Christians?...if so, then perhaps she had no interest in hearing the opinions of an atheist...not everyone comes on here to debate...some are just looking for help from others that share their faith. (Note: if you'd put "Atheists," at the beginning of your question, I wouldn't have answered...please consider that before you click that thumbs down *LOL*).

Or maybe she just objected to your name...in any case, why is it important enough to mention...blocking someone is the Y!A equivalent of saying, "no thanks" and shutting the door when a Jehovah's Witness comes to call. No one is obligated to listen to unwanted sales pitches.

You probably insulted the person and if that is the case then I would have blocked you too.

Strange especially since she was asking for advice.

Maybe. Why ask questions if you don't want answers, eh? Other than that, could be the way you said it.

I assume she was insulted by your comment.
