it certainly displays the complexity of God's wonderful design! And calls into question the notion that we were just happenstance along the road from nothing to nowhere.

Life, and more specifically humanity, was and is not an accident or a coincidendce.

If you have a question, you should spell it out. It is unclear to me what you are trying to ask with a description of the first amendment and an acknowledgement of the human genome project and primate genetics. If you are suggesting that the first amendment should be construed to protect only those who believe in religions that are consistent with science, you fail to grasp the nature of the freedom at issue: Freedom of religion includes freedom to believe without government interference, even if beliefs are stupid, just as the same amendment grants freedom of speech even if the speech is stupid. Thus you have the right to post your rantings, no matter how stupid and others have the right to form a religion based on the central tenant that you are a moron.

Evolution has made some impressive predictions that have been proven out by research. Critics of evolution argued for many years that humans couldn't be related to apes because humans had one less chromosome than apes.

But once we were able to study the actual structure of the chromosomes, human chromosome #2 stood out as an oddity.

Chromosomes have a distinct structure.
To simplify it the structure is End, Middle, End.
However #2 is End, Middle, End, Middle, End. It's actually 2 chromosomes joined. The 24th human chromosome that evolution said should be there.

There are elements of both, it shows the complexity we have inside and brings into question the probability of evolution taking place in the direction it does. However it shows so much connection between we an other mammals and hominids that it shows the roots of a family tree.

It shows just how complex we are, plus what the scientist won't tell you is, they are trying to find that one little element of life it's self. That spirit, that spirit of God that is life. But they never will.

Yes, it does.

Evolution was accepted before this evidence was introduced, and more evidence has arrived since.

Reverse engineering taking place in labs is producing some fascinating results.

There is no ONE piece of evidence that "proves" evolution by itself.
However, there is such an astronomical amount of evidence to show for evolution, that when it's all put together, the theory of evolution can be considered proven.
