is flirting and like hugging and stuff considered cheating?? because i was hanging out with some friends (my bf was at his hockey game) and this guy and i were flirting and hugging and stuff, now i feel really guilty and dont know if i should tell my bf or not....is this cheating? and should i tell my boyfriend?

If you feel guilty - yes, it's cheating. Should you tell your boyfriend? What would it accomplish? Hurt his feelings? Just so you can rid yourself of an ounce of guilt? That's up to you, but if he isn't likely to find out any other way, if it would only make him feel bad, then what do YOU think you should do?
Hey, take a lesson and just don't do things that even FEEL like cheating and just consider this a good lesson.

I dont think there is anything wrong with hugging. Friends hug. i dont think that is at all considered cheating unless you have a crush on this boy and you were telling him you liekd him etc then maybe I'd talk to my boyfriend about it...but if all you did was flirt and hug Id let it go and just not let anything further happen, that is if you are really into your boyfriend and want to stay loyal to your relationship.

If you would do these things with your boy friend around then no they are not cheating. Since you feel guilty and he wasn't around chances are you feel you should not have done it. It will only make your bf feel bad if you tell him, and he will suspect there was something to it. Keep it to yourself if the reason you want to tell him is to alleviate your own guilt. Just change your behavior so this won't be an issue anymore.

Yes it is cheating. You can cheat in a sexual way as well as emotionally and mentally. You allowed yourself to be close (intimate not sex) with someone other than your bf. It is good you feel guilty though, at least you have a heart. I don't think you need to tell him this, but you need to re-evaluate your relationship with your bf to determine if you are ready to be in a relationship.

It is not nesicarily cheating unless you guys were all over EACHother and no you shouldn't tell him if this isn't the case. But that kind of stuff is never good to do in front of you bf or gf it can make someone feel real bad.

tell your boyfriend because he's gonna feel even more betrayed finding it out some other way or way in the future. also tell him that it was meaningless flirting and that if he has a problem with it then it wont happen again. its not really cheating. your bf will understand and if he doesnt then you shouldnt be with him.

I think it depends on what you feel for this other person. I think that it sorta is cheating if you have feelings for this other person, and then its an issue and you should tell your boyfriend. But flirting hugging is fine, I think, although it depends on how jealous your boyfriend gets.
I wouldn't bring it up, personally, because it was all innocent, and the guilt that you feel should be enough.

maybe yur hearts tryna tell u something ask yur self if u really have lost interest in yur bf and if your heart is bored or maybe yur not the type to be in an exclusive relationship, u probably just need to date alittle, sometimes our mind and heart arent ready for comitement so we put our selves through trouble like a personal guessing game

i feel the same way girl when and i feel bad too but i told my boyfriend and i said i was sorry....because how would u feel if he was hugging all over another girl and stuff?????id tell him and never do it again and no its not cheating.

It's only considered cheating if your bf is a freakin psycho. If you tell him he's either gonna be like wtf? Or he won't give a crap. If you feel like you need to get something off your chest, do it! What's the worst that could happen? If he dumps you, you could always get with contestant #2 right? Do you!!
