You cannot tell anything about a person from their made up avatar or fake name. It's meant to be that way. People can have multiple identies that way. Try out life in different "skin".
I interpet religions on how the doctrine reads to follow... In almost all of the Worlds religions, the basic commandments are the same. You can call God and Jesus whatever you like.

Question 2: no, as each religion or faith has its own set of guidelines, rules, laws, and so on.
