A brownie is less likely to rise while baking, giving it less volume but more density
perfect combination is a brownie with frosting... oh sorry got off target there lol
Brownie also has less flour and less liquid in it. You can bake either but not really pass one off as the other, but most people will not complain if you bring a brownie instead of a cake

the thanks to make actually killer brownies: purchase a "darkish" brownie mix--Croker or Hines--you'll upload the eggs, the oil, and the water to the combination. Then also upload: a million/3 cup or better darkish cocoa 2 T or better vanilla extract a million bag sturdy high quality chocolate chips do no longer overbake! save 'em gooey. Deelish!!!
