ive seen the kazza that you download for free but there is also a kazza that you pay a month,year or life time membership. is the kazza that you do pay for legal?

they are both legal. the kazaa that you pay for doesn't have any advertisements, and it has a few more search results.

however, i suggest frostwire over kazaa. it's basically limewire pro.

note, that while kazaa and limewire and frostwire are legal, downloading copyrighted content is illegal. but as far as i'm concerned, f*ck the riaa

Never pay money for peer to peer software. They are all legal as long as you are not using them to break the law.
