He knows when we need him and when we think he isn't listing he can bring people into our lives. God can come to us in any form, at any time, any day. Just trust and believe and he shall come. Yes, he can.

ABSOLUTELY!!!! I had an experience with a man on a plane one day and he knew things about me that no one could possibly know other than God. He told me that I was forgiven for things that I had asked God to forgive me for. He was very specific with the things that he was saying about me. I had not told this man anything about me. I hadn't even told him my name. I 100% believe that this was God appearing to me through another person.

Yes, God uses people to witness for Him, even without their knowledge that they are being used.
This is an example of the almighty power of God.

God can also use angels who appear as men.
Think of the angels that appeared to Abraham & Sarah, Lot, Mary, Zachariah, and others in the bible who guided these people.

Not God himself, but through all people we are all created in his image, physically and spritually. When someone does something Good it is that image he instilled in us, just like if someone did something bad it is from satan.
