I'd like to do a Mediterranean cruise. All I want is one that does at least 2 stops in Greece, Istanbul and a stop in Egypt. I don't care where it departs from and all of those med cruises include several italian stops. But while I'm ok that many depart from Rome (I could spend a week in Rome prior to cruise), I'd rather not do one that departs somewhere else and stops for a day in Rome. Not enough time to see.

I have yet to find a 7-10 day Med cruise that does 2 Greek stops and Egypt.

I would like to cruise the Med starting from Venice, because you usually get an overnight in Venice before you sail. Then Rome and Athens, great things to see and explore and the weather is always fine.
You have the best of both worlds, a few days at sea and great places to visit.
