He is one of the nicest kids I know. I am new in school but he still talks to me. He talks to everyone, and is really kind to them to. It is great that he is so nice but because he is so nice to everyone, but it makes it really hard to tell if he likes me. He is always giving me high fives, which i dont see him doing with everybody...
He also always makes sure he says hi and bye to me and even though we are not really friends he still comes over and actually talks to me sometimes. One time I was studying in the library and he just came over and randomly started talking to me. I have also caught him looking at me once or twice...but that might just have been coincidence....
so what do you think? does he like me?

i'm gonna tell you EXACTLY what i told the other girl...it's long but worth it...
Well...first of all do you like him...? and i don't mean like..."yeah, i kinda do..i think so...it really depends on whether or not he likes me..."
You have to like him like...if some other girl was to come up and talk to him, would you watch them and see what their reactions are to whatever they're talking about...if he laughs or smiles...do you get "jealous"
if so...then you've accomplished the first step...liking him first
Now, I know and understand that your question is whether or not he likes YOU...
to be completely honest...I don't know him...and everyone's reaction to things are different. Knowing how much you like HIM, shows how far or what risks you'll take to make him yours...you follow me
Sooo....to find out(if he likes you), here are somethings you can do:
-1. put yourself in his shoes; i you liked someone would you do the things that he do..s [sorry i just HAD to make that rhyme]
-2. is he obvious; right now you are filled with emotion...any little thing will seem like he likes you [so you were making a good choice by stepping out of the box to ask you and (chuckling)everyone else whether he likes you] so what you do is, you sorta look at the things he says/does...does he say/act this way around his other friends or would he if you were just friends...
-3. be obvious; when you guys make eye contact(cause it will happen)..and he smiles(cause he should), smile back, and if he's not already smiling at you...well now he has a reason to.
-4. be obvious(continued)...when your talking to people in a group...look for him to stand next...at this point you can tell whats what from body language and facial expressions..bler,bler,bler
-5. basically asking him if he likes you(if you have his phone number, it will be easier)...; throw this question into your conversation:"can you ever see us as more than just friends"...obviously he is not gonna say.."YES,YES..I FEEL THE SAME WAY"..but any answer other than no is good.
--if talking face to face,
-----no is the answer::try to smile and agree, " yeah i didn't think so either." this sort of makes it less awkward afterward
-----no is not the answer::smile(try to keep over-excitment in) and "agree," "huh, interesting"
--on the phone,
-----no::same thing just laugh(to replace smiling) or whatever to make it seem like you knew the answer
-----no is not the answer::you can be excited (without noise)...if feeling confident enough go ahead and ask, "do you want to be more than just friends."
what not to do:: don't make everything you do about him...cause that leads to obsession and heartbreak if he says no
::don't do that thing where you hang out with other guys to make him feel jealous...cause that will just confuse him
::don't tell a whole bunch of people(directly) because then a whole bunch of people will want to know what he said...and trust me....you don't want that kind of publicity
Good Luck...you might not need it...if he truly acts the way you say he does...then he's a keeper

Give it more time. Eventually, he'll start to give you more signs that he's interested in you and you'll know then for sure. Plus he might ask you out later once you two get to know each other more.

Find out what you two have in common and hang out doing that. Bake some cookies and give them to him. Careful not to make the boy who likes you jealous.

first just be his friend after a week or 2 flirt with him alot...then ask one of your friends to ask him if he likes you or thinks your pretty...and if he said i just like him as a friend and if he told you that to your face just like play it off like say no i never told her to ask you i like you as a friend to...or make him want you.
