4 yers ago when I was 10 my family was on my grandpa's boat. My mom's brother and his family was with us. We were having a great time but then my Mom wasn't feeling good and asked if we could dock. My aunt had to open her big mouth and say something along the lines of my mom not wanting to be with them. My mom got upset but held her tounge and told my aunt that she shouldn't do this infront of us kids. My aunt kept going on so my mom got up and walked to the back of the boat. My grandma then opened her mouth and the whole boat erupted into yelling and swearing between my aunt and grandma. My grandpa and dad tried to distract us kids but that wasn't working. I was sitting between my aunt and grandma so I got the whole conversation clearly! =( My uncle didn't do anything! He just sat there! Not even trying to shut his wife up! I ended it by screaming and running to my mom. My mom hugged me and my uncle started rubbing my back. To this day I can't seem to forgive him! Is that wrong?

He most likely did not know what to do to peacefully end the thing without hard feelings. So just forgive him and try and see from his point of view. Nicely talk to him about it if you must and he should say sorry and explain why he did not know what to do. Say something and make either his wife or his mother mad at him either way he would be in the dog house.
