The most attractive guys are the ones who (in no particular order)
1) you can talk to for hours without noticing how much time has passed,
2) make your heart quicken when you look at them or think of them,
3) have a compatible sense of humor with yours,
4) have some ambition and direction in life,
5) are kind to animals and tip waiters well,
6) are curious about the world and are interested in making it a better place,
7) know things you don't know,
8) have confidence in themselves and their abilities,
9) are appealing physically,
and, most importantly, 10) like the girl back. :)

Actually the answer to this question will vary simply because different women look for different things. However I think all women look for a guy who is honest, dependable, caring, a some level of a sense of humor as well as some sense of family. But what I find is that sometimes its better not to tell the other person what you're looking for in a mate simply because then they try to be what you're looking for instead of being themselves. its actually how I ended up falling in love with my boyfriend. He was really nothing like what I thought I wanted in a man other than being really family oriented but he's like the perfect person for me we're totally opposites and that keeps things fresh and exciting....

I think this is somewhat general when it comes to women/girls. A girl want someone that makes her laugh, makes her feel special and beautiful, someone who listens to her. For me, a guy that I could have a good conversation with is ideal. A girls wants security, in all sense, even if they deny it sometimes. We want a guys that's sincere and thoughtful. This might seem a bit overwhelming for a list, but being just yourself and trying to make her feel special, would always do the trick.

All girls are different...
most girls look for personality... how nice you are... understanding... stuff like that...
Grooming habits are kinda important too... make sure you look good and look clean...
Jokes... now this will get every girl... make sure the jokes are not nasty but funny for a light laugh...
getting her to smile is a huge step... just try and get to know her... but dont make it too obvious that you like her.... start of slowly... then when you guys become better friends...you will get to know...

Well I can't speak for all girls in general, because we're all different, but I can tell you my personal opinion. The first thing I notice about a guy is their personality: is he funny and outgoing or dark and depressing? Does he seem to have good values or is he a stupid jerk? Just be yourself... you don't want her to fall in love with a different guy, because then you could never have honest conversations with her.

his personality. Every girl has different priorities for guys. What I may be looking for a guy is different than your dream girl. But the most important thing is, be who you are; yourself.
Also, have self confidence and self esteem. These are not traits that are not only attractive but they define who you are and who you should be. Don't lose your confidence because of someone, rather, be confident in who you are, because you are who you all can be.

depends on the girl. i think everyone wants someone they perceive as cute. could be in looks, personality, or both. a girl wants to feel good in his presence (read: don't cut her down or make fun of her. NOT a turn on.) he is polite & respectful of her & treats her AND OTHERS with kindess. if she thinks you are sucking up to her & not being sincere then that is a turn off. easiest to say, "treat others as you would like to be treated" (which is the golden rule by the way...)

Different girls look for different things in a guy. Personally, I like a guy who is straightforward. He tells me what I don't want to hear because it's helpful, and he cares about me. If I ask him if something I'm doing is wrong, I don't want him to insist that it's right when he knows it's absolutely wrong. I like honesty in a guy. I like a guy I can trust and put my life in his hands.

That's a broad question only because there are women out there that just want to know what you drive and how much money you make,also known as gold diggers.

I preferably look for sensitivity, very caring, and loving.
Someone who can make me laugh, spend hours talking on the phone.
Someone who will understand, when i need to hang out just with the girls, and not get mad.
