To be yourself, and staying true to yourself, and doing the
right thing because it's the right thing to do, not because it's popular. I think that would cover any religion, and any nationality.

Same thing that makes any man generally "good". Well rounded ethics, polite, kind, generous, hard working. Jews are about the same as the average humble American, they just have different beliefs with a neat little hat.
