At 11? No. Your body is still developing and if you pick up an STD that'll do a lot of damage to you.

Some say that at age 11 it is a bad idea to have sex because you are still a child yourself. I agree. Why would you even want to do this at such a young age? Being a grown up is not exactly a picnic and you should enjoy your childhood while you still can rather than worrying about growing up so darn fast!

I personally do not think it is ok. You could get pregnant, even if you use contraception, and your body is too young to handle a pregnancy.
When you know the facts about pregnancy, STDs, and contraceptives; when you are old enough to be able to support a baby, should your contraception fail; when you can look at a naked person, or talk to someone about sex, without giggling; when all of those are true and you truly feel ready, then you are old enough to have sex.

I hate it when people answer questions like this stupidly.
You need to decide when you are ready. Nobody can tell you when. Depending on your religious beliefs you may wait longer than someone else. There is no specific age that you should wait for or need to wait for. Everyone is differant; everyone has differant reasons for what they do. Most would consider 11 a little on the young side. My advice is to wait until you are with someone you love.
Be safe, it only takes one time to change your life completely if you are stupid about it. Choose wisely, as your virginity is something that cannot be regained. Ultimately, you control your body and what you do with it.. nobody can forbid you from having sex if that is what you choose to do.
You won't go to hell or anything, but you/ your partner can get pregnant, or contract Aids or an STD. Sex is a wonderful thing, but you need to be able to completely trust your partner, not just that they are healthy, but also with the consequences if they occur.

If you want your parents to disown you, your friends to laugh at you, society to talk bad about you, stay up all night dealing with a crying baby that craps all over itself and loves to vomit on you...Then SURE go for it. Condoms break, slip off, sometimes don't work. Peeing after sex doesn't prevent pregnancy, mountain dew doesn't work, and going swimming in a chlorinated swimming pool doesn't work either. My friend got pregnant because a condom broke and my sister got pregnant while on birth control...

No. You should wait quite a while and get to know yourself better. Don't let people or the media push you into something you may very well regret. It's all about kissing anyway.
