I had to prepare for my presentation and my wife wanted to call her sister since then she does not talk to me.She is pregnant .Should i blame her hormones

Just tell wifey that you like for them to spend some weekend together, instead of going always to her aunt house.

It may be hormones; it may be that she feels the need to be around female members of her family since she is pregnant. It may be both.
Talk to her gently and tell her how you feel, even if she's still giving you the cold shoulder. If she gets angry, stop and wait until she's willing to talk.
Maybe you can ask to come along? If there are only women there and you are uncomfortable with that, you can try to talk with them a bit, get to know the relatives more, and try to understand what your wife is going through with this pregnancy- or you can park yourself on the sofa and watch the game or something.

Well on the weekends she is with the real father of the child.

Explain to her that you're hard working but that you love her and do want to spend time with her.
And, yes, it's probably pregnancy hormones.
