I like potatoes better. I think that potatoes take flavor from whatever they're cooked with more than noodles do, and I love the flavor of a pork roast.

Sweet potatoes with my pork roast please.I also like to add granny smith apples to mine on occassion.
If you're tired of the potatoe dish, remember that stuffing goes well with pork roast. Add dried (my preference) or canned cranberries
to your fav stuffing seems to bring out the flavor of roast.
You could use noodles with a sliced roast and make it a pork stroganoff in leiu of the more standard 'beef'.

i have cooked for 55 years, the best thing to use in a pork roast is potatoes, although, noodles with a cream sauce is not so bad either.

I would say Potatoes, they seem to go really good with a pork roast. I would do some carrots with it too...just my opinion tho.

Corn Casserole, eco-friendly bean casserole, infant carrots, or broccoli all sound good with a pink meat roast. additionally, buttered egg noodles or candy potatoes might artwork. Have an excellent dinner.
