lots of patience. bite your tongue. a lot. you can never convince them, so don't bother. and the more persistent you become at trying to reassure them, the more paranoid they get.

If they are really paranoid, you can't explain things to their liking. So, no, I don't do well with them.

its easy; give them time; and reassurness, and definitely EXPLAIN THINGS THAT MIGHT SCARE THEM AND SAY WHY THEY DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEM! most important is that you kind of have to do whatever they want for a short period of time; its ok time heals all! -and if it doesnt; they definitely see a councler (profectional)!!!

Just be there for them , you can't change them no matter what you say, they are set in their mind and i'ts beyond you control
