It depends on the degree. You'll have to contact the state board of pharmacy.
Assuming the degree is declared equivalent. You have to apply to the state board of pharmacy. She'll than have to take the FPGEE and TOEFL exams. FPGEE is only offered twice a year at 3 locations. The average applicant fails the first time he/she takes it. You then have to complete a set number of intern hours. Afterwards, you take the standard licensing exams of MJPE and NAPLEX. If you pass, than you can be licensed as a pharmacist. The average length of time this takes is 1-2 years.
