Campus apartment internet problems?

I live in an apartment on campus, and when I try to download anything using utorrent, the internet provider disable my internet, is there anyway I can download files from utorrent and not get caught?

The best idea would be to ditch the ISP and get a different one -- DSL or cable.

If you are using the campus network, don't even try. You'll end up facing disciplinary action or getting kicked out of school. Get an off-campus apartment and pay for your own access.
