my shoulders hurt. like, unbelievable pain...i don't know what happened. if i ripped something, or like...pulled something, or if its just growing pains, cause i'm twelve.
when i move, its just like, this pain that feels like my shoulder is just gonna like, get pulled out or something.
i dont even know what happened, i didnt do anything like...strenous or anything.
please help me out....

It depends on where the pain is i had that problem when i was that age and in junior high you have to sit for long periods of time and when i would get up i couldn't move my leg and when i did it felt like i had been shot. Try stretching it even if it hurts it should help. My pain was and off and on thing if it doesn't go away in a week ask your Doctor you might have pulled something

go see an acupuncturist, they help alot with pain management....without dangerous drugs, and the needles don't hurt at all (this is coming from someone that is deathly afraid of needles.)

if that is both of your shoulders maybe you need to see a doctor to make sure you do not have rheumatoid arthritis
