Duck breast cooked med-rare, topped with a red wine reduction. mmmmmmm, makes me hungry thinking about it!

So far nothing as far as restaurants go.. I am hoping to experience what they have at a new Chili's restaurant that moved in near us...The crud looks atrocious So we would prefer to wait for the crowd to calm down........
Chili is the safest food for me to eat due to a gastric bypass and I can't wait...... I heard the ribs are to die for...
