Billy Ray Cyrus was born August 25th, 1961 in Flatwoods Kentucky. His father was a politician and his grandfather was indeed a Preacher of a United Pentecostal Church.

Billy Ray went to college on a baseball scholarship, and later turned his interest to music. Aren't we glad he did.
