What did he mean by 'suffering'? And while we're on that subject, can I ask not to be prayed for, please? Especially if there's suffering involved? Thanks.

It really depends on how bad my sermon is...

I used to have a fellow who sat on the back row... as soon as his bunns hit the seat he was asleep....

But if during the sermon... I noticed he was wide awake.. I knew ...mmm maybe not too bad today..

Religious folks seem to relate to suffering some times like it is a good thing

Well, i know that when i went to catholic mass, a lot of the people looked like they were suffering from all of the kneeling.

At a wedding I was once at they started preaching about how full of sin we all were and about hell and the devil being in us and then they asked us for MONEY!!!!!
