the United States is at war because George W Bush had to finish his daddy's business from 1991

really, the reason we are there goes all the way back to the 60s during the Cold War, we helped overthrow the democratically elected leader of Iran, we installed the shah to take power, we needed Iran to keep a border with the USSR, when the shah was kicked out in the 70s and replaced with an Islamic nationalist, the US needed another border ally in the middle east, so we started supporting Saddam Hussein, he went to war with Iran in the 80s and we supplied him with intellegence and weapons, when the USSR collapsed in 1989, the US support for Iraq starting winding down and completely stopped when Hussien invaded Kuwait in 1990, then George HW Bush went to war with Iraq with UN support and removed him from Kuwait in 91, after 12 year in 2003 George W Bush wanted to invade Iraq to cover up the fact he couldnt find Bin Laden for 9/11/01

You don't get to choose when you are at war. If you are attacked you are at war. You can either send your troops after the attackers or not but either way you're still in a war. The only difference is are you going to give yourself a chance to win it.

Because we have a right to defend our country against enemies foreign and domestic. Because we saw a need to curb the violence before it strikes us again. Because we feel a duty to protect those who cannot protect themselves. Because we are America, and we love freedom.

To promote your military hardware... in billions of dollars to keep your dollars afloat, and also to feed your arrogance in spending billions of dollars for oil....

Haven't you noticed? Where there is fuel to be hauled, you were there?
