It sounds like fructose intolerance, which is an intolerance to the sugar in fruit and can cause the same symptoms as lactose intolerance,a trip to a gastroenterologist or allergist is in order for proper treatment. If fruit makes you vomit, you should avoid it,because you do not want to have a violent reaction.Seek proper medical guidance...
It is important to note that "fructose intolerance" is a general term that describes two possible conditions:
* Hereditary fructose intolerance, a rare genetic disorder. People with hereditary fructose intolerance lack an enzyme that breaks down fructose. This is a serious disorder that can lead to liver and kidney damage.
* Fructose malabsorption, a digestive disorder. People with fructose malabsorption have difficulty digesting fructose. This is a less serious disorder because it doesn't result in liver or kidney damage. But it can cause abdominal pain, nausea, bloating and diarrhea.

It doesn't sound like an actual food allergy but an intolerance. You need to see a gastrointerologist.

It sounds like you may have oral allergy syndrome. Do you think you would react if you chewed the food and spit it out? I used to be allergic to nearly all raw fruits and vegetables. Just getting the juice on my skin made me break out in a rash. Oral allergy syndrome is usually linked with pollen allergies. I had allergy shots for my pollen allergies. After being on the shots for five years, my allergy to raw fruits and vegetables went away! Now I can eat watermelon and salad and citrus fruits also.

It sounds like you just prefer not to eat it because it makes you sick! If you were eating it and it was making you have an allergic reaction that would be another issue...its not that big of a deal, just don't eat it!

Why don't you get food allergy testing. If that doesn't turn up any results, I would say that it is in your head and you should seek help from a therapist.

I do as this can be a healthful meals supply. I discover it intriguing that a proclaimed vegetarian as your self limits herself to this sort of distinctive supply of meals. Especially on a each day foundation. Good success on that choice.
