I'm not really sure what a Webkins is, but if its an Internet website it should work. If it's some type of program, you will need to check with the Webkins company websute for a software that is compatible with Windows Vista. Vista is relatively new and many manufacturers have been slow to produce compatible software for the new operating system.

Not sure whether this is a web-based application or installed software. If it is installed software you may have to follow some simple steps to install it for Vista. These steps include running the program as Administrator (which I doubt as it is a kids program) and/or running it in Compatibility Mode. Rather than me explaining it all here, do a web search for Vista Compatibility Mode XP and you should find instructions there.

If it's a web application, you might be lacking some vital plugin such as Shockwave - vital in the sense of being vital for that and other graphically intense websites. Visit shockwave.com and make sure it's installed. Or contact/read support for webkinz on their site.
