I changed the starter cylinoid, starter, fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator and it still won't start. It will turn over and fire with starter fluid sprayed but it won't stay lit. I don't know what eles to change.

I have done a PSI check twice. Once before I started the work and once after I changed everything. Both times the guage read 0. I have spark. I checked it with and extra plug. Will the inertia switch shut off without an impact?

If it fires with starting fluid then you have two of the three components needed, air and spark. You have a fuel supply problem I would start at the fuel injection unit and work my way to the fuel pump (in tank).God Bless

Ok, If you have 35 psi of fuel at the rail, and you have spark, then you need to get or borrow a Noid Light, it plugs in the connector at a injector, while you crank the motor it should flash. If not then the PCM is not telling the injectors to fire. The first thing you should really do is check the codes in the PCM and see if there is any codes. You may have a bad PCM. Check the Inertia switch located at the passenger side kick panel, if the red button is up push it back down, this is only if you have no fuel psi, the fuel pump relay may be bad, Post back and tell more about fuel psi and spark.

After a couple hours (or when fuel system is bled down) turn key on without starting. You should hear the fuel pump run for 2 seconds to pressurize the lines. You can use a pressure gauge on the line to help.
If it doesn't, the fuel pump relay may be bad. Check for a pump shut-off switch, I'm not sure if Ford trucks have them.
Purchase a Chilton's for $18 to help. I THINK Ford has a pin on the ALDL that when shorted to 12Volts turns the pump on.

are the cylinders getting gas? Is the fuel pump on or did the wire on the battery come off? Is the emergency fuel cutoff tripped (located behind the brake pedal)? Are the fuses good? Is the gas line clogged? I have to be honest you didn't give a lot of details to work with it could be hundreds of things, i would trace the gas flow and see where its stopping or take it to a mechanic.
