It is not a story, however it is an account found in the Bible book of Daniel chapter 5. This is a very interesting account of Belshazzar and Daniel intererpitation of the handwriting is on the wall. Four words. Being Belshazzars death and Babylons last fall, to the Medes and the Persians.

The story of Job.
I figure that, given the tremendous success of movies like Hostel and Saw, people enjoy watching other people be tortured for the amusement/entertainment/psycho delusions of another. So...it might not be a great movie, but it would probably be a blockbuster.

I would make a movie about Rahab, the harlot, who help the Hebrew spies, and whose family was spared because of that.
She was told to let a scarlet cord hang down from a window as a sign that they were to be spared. She married Joshua's companion and is included in the blood line of Jesus. She may have been the mother of Boaz who became Ruth's husband and protector.

I would want to make a movie about Ruth. Ruth left everything she knew and loved to follow her mother in law into a strange land. She wanted to make sure that Naomi was taken care of. God rewarded her sacrifice by giving her a wonderful and wealthy man to marry.
I also love King David. From a shepherd boy to a king, need I say more.

I would make a movie about the life of Paul because his story is fascinating, how he went from persecuting Christians to being an apostle of the Lord. Or, I think a movie about the prodigal son would be powerful because I think a lot of people could identify with it and it would give lost people hope.

First of all, every biblical movie Hellywood ever
made didn't follow scripture. The devil always
gets into the twisting part of the scriptures.
The one I would do would be about the Judgment day.We all will be seeing this
one for real in a few more days though.

There are lots of good Bible stories, but I would like to make one about Samson.
Samson was a very strong guy.....his wife, who was a Philistine (Palestinian) wanted to know the secret of his strength.....instead of telling her the truth...his strength is his integrity in God's word and God's law....he made up something. She cut his hair and his strength was sapped.
Samson did a lot of killing....his final act of violence was to take down a temple and kill everyone in it.
It is interesting to contrast a man like Samson, who killed people and could be quite violent, with Jesus Christ and the apostles.

If you want to have a dynamic plot twisting mind boggeling epic movie you would have to do it on the story of David. Thnk about it; a child chosen to be King because current King (Saul) is growing evil. David kills Goliath, becomes part of Sauls staff, becomes Isreal great warrior, Saul becomes Jealous, Saul seeks to kill David, David befriends Sauls son Jonathan, Jonathan helps him escape, several pursuits of David by Saul, David has chance to kill Saul but does not. David joins Isreals enemies, David returns to Isreal, War between Saul and Davids men, Saul dies, David becomes King and reign, David plans murder of husband of Bathsheba, God get real angry, David son dies, Other David son steals Kingdom from David, David flees, war breaks out, etc, etc,...what could be more exciting.
