In a perfect world, (I'm 100% liberal by the way) all people would turn their money in to the government so that the government splits it equally. The people who work and the people who don't work will all get free money from the government once it's split equally among all citizens. That's not perfect, so let me say what could be done realistically. Tax all the people according to how much money they make. The rich should pay 50% taxes on their income. The middle income should pay 25% taxes of the income, and the poor should pay little to no taxes. The taxes should be used to build great schools, offer free healthcare, and SHUT DOWN ALL PRISONS. Police officers should be paid low salaries, because with great schools and free money from the government for poors, their services should not be needed much.
