I've heard this question somwhere before .

ooooooooh my aching head

...as such insignificant pieces of the cosmos, how can we even claim to know...

...we won't understand eternity until we become part of it ...

Simple answer:

Something within the limitations of Time demands a creation.

We know that since the universe exists within time, that at some point the universe must have been created.

But the same does not work with God. God is uncreated and eternal. Time is a concept and limitation that God created for the universe. Outside of the universe is God who fills eternity and He fills infinity.

This is the bible's definition of God. Other gods that people make up can not answer that question because they are the result of man's vain imagination. The bible calls that idolotry.

The biblical God is beyond complete definition or understanding because He is Higher than us and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. We are limited, He is not.

So if the biblical God exists, then God could have not been created because He always is, always was, and always will be. He is eternal thus does not need to have been created.

We can only partially comprehend the notion of God's existence. To do so, we must use human concepts to speak of God: "without beginning or end"; "eternal"; "infinite", etc. The Bible says that He has always existed: " . . . even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God" (Psalm 90:2). And, "Your throne is established from of old; Thou art from everlasting" (Psalm 93:2). Quite simply, God has no beginning and no end. So, where did God come from? He didn't. He always was.
To us, the notion of time is linear. One second follows the next, one minute is after another. We get older, not younger and we cannot repeat the minutes that have passed us by. We have all seen the time lines on charts: early time is on the left and later time is on the right. We see nations, people's lives, and plans mapped out on straight lines from left to right. We see a beginning and an end. But God is "beyond the chart." He has no beginning or end. He simply has always been.
Also, physics has shown that time is a property that is the result of the existence of matter. Time exists when matter exists. Time has even been called the fourth dimension. But God is not matter. In fact, God created matter. He created the universe. So, time began when God created the universe. Before that, God was simply existing and time had no meaning (except conceptually), no relation to Him. Therefore, to ask where God came from is to ask a question that cannot really be applied to God in the first place. Because time has no meaning with God in relation to who He is, eternity is also not something that can be absolutely related to God. God is even beyond eternity.
Eternity is a term that we finite creatures use to express the concept of something that has no end -- and/or no beginning. Since God has no beginning or end, He has no

No one created God . He always was there. God created the universe, then angels, then , populations of planets.
If you read the account in genisis in the bible
day one. Let light come to be
day two let the expance come to be, a division between the waters became, thus land arose, and the third day, land arose (dry land)
and the earth caused grass to shoot forth. day four: Let the luminaries come to be in the expance, the grearter to dominate the day and the lesser for dominating the night.
Day five: let the waters swarm forth living souls and let creatures fly over the land.
Day six, domestic and wild animals according to their kind
Male and Female. God created them.

A well known geologist had THIS TO SAY ABOUT THE BIBLE ACCOUNT OF CREATION .
'If I as a geologist were called upon to explain briefly our modern ideas of the origin of the earth and the development of life on earth to a simple pastoral people, such as the tribes to whom the books of Genisis were addressed, I could hardly do better than follow rather closely the first chapter of Genisis.

This order of events from the origin of the oceans to the emergance of land and to the appearance of marine life and then to birds and mammels-is essentually the sequence of the principal divisions of geologic times.
Dr. Wallace Pratt.
So God created the Universe, and handed the info to humans , almost 6000 years ago, before ANY ONE could have understood the exact steps of creation! Seriously, read the steps of Creation in Genisis, and compare it to modern science!

No one can answer this question except God and perhaps those who are with God now. We as humans relate everything to time. Everything we know has a beginning and an end. God is Spiritual and so is eternity. We cannot comprehend spiritual things us being material beings. That is what Paul was referring to when he said Satan was the Prince of the Air. Satan is the ruler of this world. God says this world is evil. He tells us not to put our faith in things of this world which will end for us soon. He tells us to build our treasures in Heaven. For where your treasures are there your heart will be also.

this is a idea this is amazingly difficult to carry close... God has continuously been and continuously will be. he's above and previous time.. some thing that we are able to not in any respect understand. exciting element on the 2d area of your description. i'm no longer gonna lie... i not in any respect concept-about that in the previous. yet i do not particularly agree. once you're saying that the international might want to exist with no God this is a similar equivalent of declaring that that a e book might want to exist without an author. the international is basically too complicated to easily were an coincidence. i might want to proceed, yet no longer some thing i say will somewhat replace your concepts... a minimum of i kinda were on condition that feeling. :) yet God can! (even if if ya do not have self belief He exists.) sooo, thanks for letting me take a min. of a few time! :)

God has always just been. I know it is hard for our brains to comprehend this, but God is God and He did indeed create the universe with great wisdom.

There is only one God, people interpret God in different names and forms. God is the Origin and Destination of the Universe and is beyond life and death. All religions of world teach human way to get close to God. You give your Best, God will give thy Best. Ask God for help and forgive, God will help and forgive you. Pray; Worship and Thank God for everything. Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow. For Success in Life; Believe in Self and God, Learn from Past, Concentrate in Present, Plan for Future, and remember ignorance gives failures. Have control on, be the master of, not the slave of your body, senses, and mind. Purpose of this Life is to Improve by Gaining and Sharing utmost Knowledge and Experience to differentiate and choose Best, Right, Good, Truth, God against Worst, Wrong, Bad, Untruth, Devil. Set your Desire level perfect or OK to be brave, no low to be coward, no high to be cruel. You have rights of Survival, Self Defence, and Freedom.

Yes, the answer which cannot answer itself, is suppose to be invalid. Who created the creator? Kills that theory dead.

The other view, is that there is 'the creation' which is a process not an entity. This is discussed in depth at
www.figu.org (English Discussion Forum)
Use the search engine there...
It's something like - it is the life force within living things, etc and we are all part of that process.
Basically it is the planet that creates life - even human life - but that human life will not very intelligent, they can only get more intelligent by mating with ETs (of higher intelligence) - and that you are tied to this planet. ie. reincarnation exists, but you can only reincarnate here (and not elsewhere).
That if you want to reincarnate elsewhere, the only way of doing so, is to travel physically there first (say by spacecraft) and then to die there. Thereafter you will reincarnate them...

I haven't read and absorbed everything at that site - but it makes more sense than what the world religions teach....

why does it have to be created??
if god has always existed why can´t the universe always have existed?
btw the big bang was not simply an explosion no scientists say so, that is a simplified version to explain something extremly complicated to children. the big bang was a rapid expansion of space and time. seeing as how time as such did not exist prior to this expansion talking about a beginning is rather meaningless.
here is an easy explanation
