What happens in Islamic countries if a Muslim is caught surfing web pornography?
Just curious only for cultural/sociology reasons.

Depends on who the person is.
If its an important person - Not much, perhaps a metaphorical slap on the wrist.
Semi-important person - Punishment in form of loss of job, etc.
Non-important person - Loss of job, Public flogging, jail time
Non-citizen - Loss of job, Public flogging jail time, deportation

Most probably when parents find out, they will be very mad and will terminate his internet facility for good. Muslims parents do not use leniency in matter of immoral behaviour.
Since it is a new problem, I don't think there are laws yet made on books in Muslim countries. It is hard to catch the person if he himself is the head of the household or an independent single male living alone.
If pornographic magazine is found in a news paper stall, the owner/operator will be punished with a jail term and his business will be closed down. If a students takes play boy magazine in school, the school administration will throw him out of school. Immorality is not tolerated in schools and in houses. Elders are very hard on such behaviours.

Lol, seriously, there's no punsihment for this that I know of, although there is very little that slips past prohibited internet sites (some countries block these things), but I can assure you that his wife will give him all the punishment he deserves, lol!.

Adultery is a grave sin in Islam and watching sites like this are haram too and sinful. A chaste man must fast!

Then they would be whipped and those types of sites are usually blocked in Muslim countries.
