I think it's called floaters. But I got my eyes dialated few days ago. And I been seeing these small moving particles everywhere especially I can see it on the wall since I got my eyes dialated. Do you think it should go away? I see a lot of small moving particles moving and it's really annoying.

yes they should go away. as long as they are not severely interferring with your vision (eg reading, using the computer) there is no major harm.
if its been a week and they are still there go back to where you got your eyes dilated.
