i cooked it for 35 minutes. most recipes say the middle should be 2-3 inches of jiggle, mine is abut 4-5. please help :)

It will still be good too eat... If you cooked as directed & your oven is working properly, It will firm up as it cools. You never want to over cook cheesecake. It will become dry & crack when cooling.

Cheesecakes 'harden' as they cool. It will be fine to eat, even if it's a little bit soft.
Personally, most home made cheesecakes are dry and overcooked - I'll be over in an hour after it cools!

Cook it longer so the cheesecake can set.

You wont be able to cut it ,put it back in the oven to make it set .
